In preparation for The Dregs’ camping trip next weekend I thought I had better give my tent an airing. It has been two years since I last went camping so I needed to get rid of all the dead insects, clean away the cow-pats and wipe off all the blood.

Olympic Missiles:

London is preparing itself for an ‘Al-Quada’ styled attack on the London 2012 Olympic Games by sticking missiles on the tops of blocks of flats (skyriser apartments) around the Olympic Stadium.

One of the sites is the Lexington Building Tower Hamlets.

I don’t think that the MOD has thought this through.

In the event of a security threat, once the signal has been given, there might be a delay when the miltary finally abandon the broken lifts (elevators) and tackle the piss and puke covered stairs, obstructed by druggy hoodies, to get to the roof.

I am glad that I didn’t get tickets.

This morning I did the LOROS One Big Bike Ride. Got absolutley drenched and muddy in wind lashed downpours that could not have been any more worse for this fundraising event.

I nearly cried.
